Recept

IngrediŽnten:


- 250 gram magere kwark
- 25 gram boter
- 100 gram koekkruimels
- 125 ml slagroom
- sap van twee sinasappels
- 4 blaadjes gelatine
- 100 gram tafelsuiker
- 2 eiwitten

Bereiding:
Laat in een pannetje de boter smelten.

Haal de boter van het vuur en voed de koekkruimels toe.

Vet een springvorm in en verdeel de koekkruimels over de bodem met een lepel.

Zet de springvorm weg in de koelkast.
Week de blaadjes gelatine in koud water.

Breng het sap van de sinasappels aan de kook en los hier de uitgeknepen blaadjes gelatine in op.

Laat het sap afkoelen.

Meng de kwark met de suiker en voeg het afgekoelde gelatinemengsel er in op.

Klop de eiwitten schuimig.

Klop de slagroom en voeg hieraan de opgeklopte eiwitten toe.

Voeg het kwarkmengsel en het eiwit- slagroom mengsel bij elkaar.

Pak de springvorm uit de koelkast en giet het mengsel op de koekkruimelbodem.

Laat tenminste 2,5 uur opstijven in de koelkast.

Dat is inderdaad gewoon gelatine met hele goedkope sinas ranja van de euroshopper (Albert Heijn). De ranja van de euroshopper is het mooist oranje en dan hoef je geen kleurstof meer toe te voegen.

3 blaadjes gelatine (dr.oetker) met 200 ml oranje euroshopper ranja en 50 ml water. Gelatine blaadjes weken in koud water en de ranja gemengd met water aan de kook brengen. Zodra deze kook van het vuur halen en de uitknepen gelatineblaadjes toevoegen. Blijven roeren tot je ziet dat het mengsel steviger word. Dan bovenop je cheesecake/kwarktaart storten. Wel voor zorgen dat het mengsel zo goed als koud is anders smelt je cheesecake zodra je de gelatine erop stort. Dan minstens 2,5 uur in de koelkast laten staan om op te stijven.

Klinkt heel goed. Deze ga ik gauw eens uitproberen.

Prachtige foto en decoratie ook. Dacht eerst dat die ťťn van die mini klei dingetjes was voor in een poppenhuis, tot de grote van de vork me iets anders vertelde. :XD:

My English isn't that good but maybe you can read the whole recipe now. Then you can make it if you want. Sorry for my bad english
Recipe

Ingredients:

-250 grams lean junket
-25 grams butter
-100 grams cake crumbs
-125 ml whipped cream
- juice from two oranges
- 4 leaves gelatine
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 eggwhites

Preparation:

Let the butter melt in a pan.

Get the butter from the fire and nurture the cake crumbs.

Grease a spring shape in and divide the cake crumbs on the bottom with a spoon.

Put the spring form away in the refrigerator.
Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.

Bring to the boil the juice from the oranges and the squeezed dry leaves gelatine in on here los.

Let the juice to cool.

Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar and add the cooled gelatin mixture in there.

Beat the egg whites frothy.

Beat the whipped cream and add the whipped egg whites.

Add the cottage cheese mixture and the protein-whipped cream mixture together.

Grab the spring form from the refrigerator and pour the mixture on the cake crumb soil.

Let stiffen at least 2.5 hours in the fridge.
